Booked room through Expedia’s thinking we were staying near the tower and commercial area. Once checking in we were told our room was not in the hotel but 200m away. We walked a few blocks down the street and then down a dark alley that felt unsafe and too sketchy for a family with kids. We asked for a refund and left. The next day we got an email from Antonio stating they would not refund us. This place is a scam.
Great location and great value. Super friendly stuff. Lots of markets, restaurants, and McDonalds near by. Also a pharmacy too. Great place to stay. The room was clean and it has everything that you need included AC air conditioning. It’s a bit outdated. But otherwise it does the job. I guess location, convenience and friendly staff overall made up the outdated room. Still highly recommended to stay.
Excellent small hotel, with a perfect location to see all the Pisa sites. Very friendly Manageress Ines, who explained everything perfectly in English for us and personally brought us over to the annex building where my family stayed in a very large and well decored family room. We were also recommended an excellent family restaurant to dine in, i Santi which was also wonderful. Thanks again, a great last day of our holiday in Italy.
Great location if you want to be close to the tower. The staff were friendly.
We didn't sleep a wink because the front door made the sound of a thousand hammers every time it closed, we could hear every conversation at reception, the windows didn't do anything to reduce the noise of the busy street outside (including street sweepers at 5am, which I accept isn't the hotels fault).
Probably okay if you want to be 30 seconds from the tower and you can sleep through a tornado and/or you bring earplugs.
A verry good hotel for visiting Pisa.

I booked a room for July with no cancellation fee in March 2023. Sent an email canceling my stay on May 10th, the hotel proceeded to charge my card despite my email and now I can't cancel the charge. No one answers emails.
The hotel is located in a very touristic location very close to the Pisa Tower. Service was excellent throughout our stay, both people we met at the front desk cared about us having a good experience which was nice. The room had cracks in the wall and peeling wallpaper in the bathroom and other places. Shower valve had a leak when trying to switch between the settings. Also the room was filled with mosquitos which was very strange since we kept it closed. We both woke up with several bites in the morning. It also wasn't the cleanest room with dust very visible on the sides of the walls. The hotel does have it's charm with antique style furnishings but for the price I expected more.
Location and staff are great only minor complaint is that they need to stick to their rules. Vending machine was powered off 30mins or an hour prior to the posted time
